Job Description:
• File, grind and sand the surfaces to be repaired.
• Replace the frontend and body parts of motor vehicles, the doors, the frame and under body elements.
• Repair or replace interior components.
• Read the damage and repair cost estimate report to determine and plan the repairs to be made.
• Mask and tape car surfaces in preparation for painting.
• Remove damaged bumpers, panels and grilles and bolt or weld spare parts in place; Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
• Inspect repaired vehicles and test them on the road to verify stability and direction.
• Use welding devices or plastic filler to level holes, dents, and joints.
• Straighten frames using frame and under body pulling and anchoring equipment.
• Clean and maintain workspace.

Requirements:

Related education in automotive body repairs or 2 to 3 years of equivalent experience required.
