Job Description:
Clear Choice Auto is Edmonton based, specializing in the installation and distribution of glass tints and 3m protective films. Our foundations are born from dedicated hard work and the exemplification of quality. We need one (1) Automobile Servicing Manager who can start immediately.
Wages:
$39.00 for 30 – 44 hours per week
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-time
Employment Conditions:
Morning; Day; Evening; Weekend
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 – 3 years with some supervisor level
Ability to Supervise:
Staff in various areas of responsibility
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the window tinting, paint protection, lamp protection, windshield protection and auto detailing operations
• Hire, manage, train staff or arrange for training.
• Assign duties to staff
• Study the trends in vehicle graphic and enhancements and determine/procurement of merchandise/services to be sold.
• Develop and implement market strategies
• Budgetary responsibilities to include pricing, credit policies and authorizing the expenditure.
• Consistently evaluate to ensure work standards are met and tasks are effectively completed
• Regularly inspect workshop to guarantee the successful outcome of health and safety demands
• Resolve customer complaints
