As an Automobile Repair Shop Manager your job description would be as follows:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect
of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement price and credits policies
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Education & Experience requirements:
Secondary education is required, 1-2 years of experience in the related field
Essential Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Work under pressure
• Operating, maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery
• Advising, consulting and analytical skills
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $ 44.75 hourly for 30-40 hours
