Automobile Repair Shop – Maintenance Worker (NOC 73201)
Number of Positions Available: 1
Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 30 hours per week
Location of Work: Gimli, MB
Wage: $24 per hour
Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and systems.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments as requested.
- Elaborate service orders
- Engage and assist skilled trade persons for major repairs.
- Keep maintenance activity records.
- Ensure that the security, health and safety measures are met.
- Move/Transport heavy objects and supplies as required.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience in an automobile repair shop or the transportation industry.
- Available to work the day, afternoon, and weekend shifts if needed.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to work individually or in a team setting.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
