Automation Technician Job

An Automation Technician is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Install, operate, maintain, and repair automated electromechanical-automation equipment and systems used in manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and system errors, implement corrective measures, and collaborate with engineers to evaluate and replace defective components or improve equipment reliability.
• Utilize precision instruments, hand tools, and metalworking equipment to perform mechanical and electrical repairs and to install or modify fixtures and components.
• Conduct performance tests on computer-controlled automation systems, document findings, and contribute to the preparation of detailed maintenance and operation manuals.
• Perform regular calibration and upgrades of automated systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with production standards.

HS Diploma and 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
