Automation Manager Job

Monitor and maintain automated equipment, robotic systems, and PLC-controlled machinery to ensure continuous, efficient operation for the food production and biotechnology businesses.

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automation systems.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on automation equipment to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify improvement opportunities in process automation and system reliability.

Develop and implement automation upgrades, including hardware modifications, software updates, and control logic improvements.

Create and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, system modifications, and control schematics.

Support the installation and commissioning of new automation systems or production lines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations during all maintenance and improvement activities.

Train maintenance technicians and operators on proper use and upkeep of automation equipment.

Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in system efficiency, cycle time, and maintenance effectiveness.

At least 2 year of experience in automation system manufacturing in related field.
