Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _.
Deliver a comprehensive customer service experience and train Service teams on all aspects of customer, people, operations, and financials.
*** Lead field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a production environment focusing on the Injection Molding industry.
*** Train and coach field service technicians.
*** Manage center's daily operations to achieve productivity, quality, output, and cost goals.
*** Conduct personnel reviews, authorize overtime, and approve vacations.
*** Develop appropriate standards and processes to continuously elevate overall service experience.
*** Monitor customer service trends to make necessary improvements.
*** Review work in progress to ensure that the schedule and quality are met daily and review quality issues.
*** Make recommendations on future personnel, tooling, or machines needed.
*** Provide technical expertise related to service systems, processes, and procedures.
