• Experience – 2 to 3 years
• Registered Apprentice: Skill trade Ontario

Job duties and Responsibilities: -
• Inspect trucks and trailers to assess collision damage, structural defects, and wear to body panels, frames, and assemblies
• Prepare repair estimates by evaluating labour, materials, and time required for body and structural repairs
• Repair or replace damaged truck and trailer body components, including panels, doors, bumpers, floors, roofs, and sidewalls
• Straighten bent frames, chassis components, and structural members using hydraulic and mechanical pulling equipment
• Weld, bolt, rivet, and bond replacement parts using appropriate tools and techniques
• Remove and install windows, windshields, and glass panels on trucks and trailers as required
• Ensure all repairs comply with ministry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and materials used
• Use diagnostic tools, measuring systems, and repair manuals to determine proper repair procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and follow workplace health and safety policies
