Wage: $39.00 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Install auto glass components in an effective and efficient manner, including door glass, windshields, sunroofs
• Complete rock chip repair
• Obtaining critical information for proper part ordering
• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
• Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams.
• File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Obtaining critical information for proper part ordering
• Consistently meet or exceed technical standards and ensure that the company’s quality, safety, and other procedures are complied with.
• Fix minor dents with hammers.
• Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive vehicles for proper calibration
• Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Education.
• Completion of automotive glass technicians certification or two-three years of a college program in auto-body and collision damage technician or a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Occasional weekend work may be required
