Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Location: On-site
Salary: $59,280–$65,000 per year, to be negotiated
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

UNSTAINED DETAILING LTD. is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Auto Detail Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive detailing business in Prince George, British Columbia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shop operations, supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, supporting business growth, and ensuring customers receive professional and consistent automotive detailing services.
Key Responsibilities
1.Plan, direct, organize, and evaluate the daily operations of the auto detailing shop.
2.Manage and supervise automotive detailing staff and other shop employees.
3. Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and coordinate daily workloads.
4. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees as required.
5. Establish and maintain standards for customer service and quality of work.
6. Ensure detailing services are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
7. Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and complaints professionally.
8. Determine customer requirements and recommend appropriate detailing services and packages.
9. Monitor shop productivity, workflow, service quality, and employee performance.
10. Manage inventory levels for detailing products, cleaning supplies, tools, and other shop materials.
11. Order products, equipment, and supplies as required for business operations.
12. Monitor operating costs and assist with controlling shop expenses.
13. Establish pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and service offerings in accordance with company objectives.
14. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer retention.
15. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
16. Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of detailing equipment and shop facilities.
17. Ensure employees follow workplace health, safety, and company policies.
18. Maintain business records, operational reports, employee records, and other administrative documentation.
19. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
20. Represent the company professionally and support the overall growth and profitability of the business.
Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma is preferred.
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant management, supervisory, retail, automotive service, detailing, or related business experience.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive detailing operations is an asset.

Work Conditions
Work must be performed at the physical shop location in Prince George, BC.
Early morning, daytime, evening, weekend, flexible, and on-call shifts may be required.
Overtime may be required depending on business needs.
