Overview:
Marvel Entertainment Inc. is seeking a skilled Audiovisual (AV) Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating and managing audiovisual equipment during live events, concerts, and other productions. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality sound and visuals.

Languages: English

Education:
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in AV technology or related fields.

Responsibilities:

- Operate mixing, dubbing, and editing machinery and equipment for live events and recordings.
- Manage audio consoles, computers, tape machines, microphones, and sound processing equipment during concerts and live performances.
- Set up and operate audio-visual or electronic equipment, ensuring high-quality output.
- Prepare and operate videotape recording and playback equipment, including editing video tapes post-production.
- Ensure all AV equipment is maintained, set up, and operated according to event requirements.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to provide technical support and solutions during events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure seamless event execution.
