Attorney Job

Primary Focus: Family Law.

We also welcome attorneys who have experience in family-law adjacent areas — such as probate, estate planning, or personal injury — or are willing to take initiative to quickly expand their practice in these areas. Please note: this role requires someone who can learn independently in additional practice areas, in the event that we do not have the bandwidth to train attorneys from scratch outside of family law.

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: Exempt | Based on experience | Eligible for performance incentives

Licensure: Missouri Bar (required)

Responsibilities

Handle Family Law cases from intake through resolution (primary focus)
Manage additional practice areas independently if applicable (probate, estate planning, personal injury)
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and trial materials
Lead mediations, depositions, and hearings as appropriate
Collaborate with paralegals and colleagues to maintain excellence in every case
Contribute to the firm’s strategic, financial, and cultural growth
