Attorney Job

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions, including EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and I-140 immigrant visa petitions.
• Draft Legal Documents, such as petition letters and supporting documentation for immigration and non- immigration petitions.
• Conduct in-depth legal analysis of clients’ credentials and determine eligibility under standards.
• Provide legal representation in family-based and non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications.
• Advise clients on immigration strategies tailored to their qualifications.
• Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other complex USCIS communications.
• Conduct ongoing legal research on USCIS adjudication trends, relevant precedent decisions, and administrative policies to ensure effective petition strategies.
• Analyze emerging federal court rulings, AAO decisions, and policy memoranda to adapt legal approaches and ensure compliance.
• Research comparable case precedents and successful filings in similar fields to enhance the persuasiveness of case submissions.
• Work closely with legal assistants and support staff to ensure accurate and timely case preparation and filing.

• Master’s degree in law, or Juris Doctor.
• Bar License or have passed the Bar exam in any US State.
• One year of experience conducting legal research, analyzing relevant laws, and drafting legal documents for family-based and non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications, and EB1A and NIW petitions.
• Skills in conducting in-depth legal research using professional tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
