Associate Vice President Job

• Manage corporate share repurchase programs, working directly with treasurers, directors, and senior treasury executives of large US corporations (FORTUNE 500) to optimize their buyback strategies.
• Develop execution models and track repurchase activity, analyze VWAP benchmark performance, and adjust trading strategies for optimal execution.
• Advise FORTUNE 500 corporate treasuries on renewable tax credit investments, focusing on Production Tax Credits (PTC) and Investment Tax Credits (ITC) under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
• Lead execution of investment-grade bond underwriting, managing firm risk exposure while ensuring seamless coordination with syndicate banks across multiple global bank teams.
• Use Bloomberg Terminal to analyze bond yield spreads, secondary market trading activity, and investor demand dynamics.
• Communicate with Tier II and Tier III investors to secure demand and structure allocations.
• Coordinate with lead syndicate banks on pricing, allocation strategy, and book building processes.
• Work with in-house operations teams to facilitate settlement and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or closely related field of study.
- Two years of experience in analyzing corporate investment-grade fixed-income markets and economic trends using Bloomberg; and using Excel for Large-Scale Transactional and Market Data Analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of fixed income markets. Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), including structuring and compliance of transferable tax credits (PTC/ITC);
- Expertise in share repurchases including understanding of market microstructure, Rule 10b-18 guidelines, blackout timing, liquidity considerations, and algorithmic pacing to implement Enhanced Open Market Repurchase (eOMR).
