Associate & Senior Trial Attorney Job

This is a full-time on-site role for an entry level attorney position to Senior Trial Attorney located in Plano, TX.

The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing and conducting trials, motions, and appearing in courts. Daily tasks will include client meetings, legal research, thorough case reviews and preparing cases for trial. The role also involves strategizing case approaches and providing expert legal guidance to clients.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Law and legal principles
Experience and competence in Courts and trial proceedings
Skilled in conducting Trials and oral arguments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in the state of Texas
