The highly lucrative position of associate producer requires a high-level or real advertising experience however we also have an entry-level coordinator position that does not require any experience at all. If you are considering the entry level position let us know in the very beginning. If you are considering the more lucrative associate producer position you should consider the following:
The person must understand how to work directly with business owners, marketing directors, agencies, and decision-makers; quickly identify the client’s real needs; translate that to the executive production team into a compelling photo real or arcane styles animation production concept; and manage the process from first conversation through delivery. They need strong instincts for storytelling, branding, audience psychology, offer structure, campaign goals, deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.

The right candidate should be polished, organized, persuasive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to lead creative calls, ask the right questions, protect the production team from vague or unrealistic requests, and keep the client confident throughout the project. They should understand advertising strategy, video production workflow, script development, revisions, approvals, deliverables, social media formats, and the difference between pretty content and content that actually helps sell. This is a senior-level role for someone who can represent QM Shows professionally, guide clients at a high level, and help the executive production team turn client needs into finished ad products that feel premium, clear, and effective.
