• Position available in San Francisco, CA
Job Duties
• Prepare and deliver sermons for various worship services, including early morning prayer meetings, Wednesday evening services, and Sunday services.
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to church members for their spiritual, emotional, and personal needs.
• Conduct and oversee spiritual ceremonies such as baptisms, communion, weddings, and funerals.
• Oversee the church's Christian Education Ministry and Cell Group Ministry for group activities such as Bible studies, discipleship training, and leadership development.
• Lead initiatives to engage the local community, including organizing missionary activities and welcoming events for new and potential church members.
• Assist the Senior Pastor with administrative tasks including budget management, staff and volunteer coordination, and participation in church leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, elders, and other congregational bodies on matters related to church ministries and programs.

• Master of Divinity or Theology

Skill Requirement
• Ordination as a pastor from any Protestant church is required.
