1) Prepare and deliver sermons
2) Conduct religious worship and other spiritual functions associated with the church’s beliefs and practices
3) Administer religious rites or ordinances
4) Establish and facilitate relational discipleship through organizing small groups within the church, nurturing and educating newcomers about the basics of the faith and church practices
5) Provide period progress and status reports to the Senior Pastor, detailing the development of discipleship efforts

Job Requirements:
Applicant must have a Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field. Ordination is required to work as a Pastor.
