Associate Pastor
• Available in Montgomery, AL
Job Duties:
• Prepare and deliver sermons, including preaching at youth worship services.
• Lead Bible studies and discipleship training programs for youth, young adults, and small groups.
• Provide pastoral counseling for individuals and families in need of spiritual and emotional support.
• Visit church members in hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes to offer prayer and encouragement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor lay leaders, Sunday School teachers, and small group leaders.
• Plan and lead church events such as mission trips, retreats, vacation Bible camps, and community outreach activities.
• Assist the Senior Pastor in supervising church ministries and implementing ministry programs, etc.

Education Requirement:
• Master of Divinity or Theology
Experience Requirement:
• None
Skill Requirement:
• Ordination as a pastor from a Methodist church is required.
