Associate Pastor
Job Duties:
• Lead regular worship services and deliver sermons on Sunday Service, Wednesday Night Service, and Early Morning Prayer Meetings, as required
• Provide pastoral care by visiting and counseling Youth and church members concerning their spiritual, emotional, or personal needs, and guiding them spiritually
• Plan and implement church and education ministry, including Youth Ministry, Bible study, discipleship training, and leadership development
• Conduct and administer spiritual ceremonies, such as baptisms, communion, weddings, and funerals, as required
• Study and interpret the Bible, teach the Word of God, and lead Bible study meetings for members of the congregation
• Confer with senior pastor, elders, or congregational organizations with regard to church administration and education, etc.

Education Requirement:
• Master of Divinity or Theology
Skill Requirement:
• Ordination as a pastor from a Presbyterian Church is required.
