Job Duties:
- Prepare and deliver sermons based on the Bible during worship services, prayer services, and small group gatherings.
- Organize and lead worship services, including Sunday and weekday services, in coordination with other pastors.
- Administer religious rites and ceremonies, including weddings, funerals, and other church events.
- Provide pastoral counseling through one-on-one consultations addressing spiritual, emotional, and personal concerns.
- Conduct home and hospital visitations to provide pastoral care, prayer, and spiritual support.
- Train and mentor small group leaders and ministry volunteers to support discipleship and community outreach.
- Plan and teach religious education programs, including developing curriculum aligned with the church calendar.
- Assist the Senior Pastor in planning worship services and coordinating ministry operations, etc.
- Part of the salary can be designated as a housing allowance.
Education Requirement:
Master of Divinity or Theology

Skill Requirement:
Ordination as a pastor from a Presbyterian church is required.
