Job Description:
Associate Pastor
• One (1) position available in Buford, GA.
Job Duties:
• Lead regular worship services and deliver sermons at Sunday Service, Wednesday Night Service, and Early Morning Prayer Meetings, as required.
• Provide pastoral care by visiting and counseling church members concerning their spiritual, emotional, or personal needs, and guiding them spiritually.
• Plan and implement church and education ministry, including Bible study, discipleship training, and leadership development.
• Conduct and administer spiritual ceremonies, such as baptisms, communion, weddings, and funerals.
• Study and interpret the Bible, teach the Word of God, and lead Bible study meetings for members of the congregation.
• Confer with the senior pastor, elders, or congregational organizations with regard to church administration and education, etc.
• One (1) position available in Buford, GA.

• Ordination as a pastor from a Baptist Church is required.
