Job Description:
I. Job Duties:
- Prepare and deliver sermons for young adults in the Young Adult Ministry.
- Conduct spiritual ceremonies, including baptisms, communion, and other church sacraments, as needed.
- Provide pastoral care to young adults and church members, including prayer support and home or hospital visits.
- Lead the Young Adult Ministry by organizing Bible studies, discipleship training, and faith-based mentorship programs.
- Offer spiritual counseling and guidance to young adults, helping them navigate personal, relational, and faith-related challenges.
- Plan and coordinate young adult-focused programs, including retreats, mission activities, and community outreach programs.
- Assist the Senior Pastor in implementing the church’s vision by overseeing ministry initiatives, leading worship services, and supporting various church programs, etc.
II. Education Requirement:
Master of Divinity or Theology
III. Experience Requirement:
None
IV. Skill Requirement:
Ordination as a pastor from a Presbyterian church is required.
