Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Wage: $219,024
Position Responsibilities: Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations. Lead effectively with the delivery team to ensure high quality deliverables on a day-to-day basis. De facto leader for all engagements undertaken with one or more prominent accounts. Oversee the status of projects within the account. Practice strong inter-personal skills (written and verbal) with both internal and client stakeholders to lead client engagements. Work effectively with diverse teams of highly motivated, and energetic Associates and Senior Associates to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act. Understand the roots of the problem and complexity of the solution to be built. Leverage data to build relevant solutions. Provide a sustainable and scalable and client-self-serve design to the solution. Enable the last mile delivery of the solution to ensure adoption of the solution in the smoothest possible manner. Design and develop repeatable solution assets.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, or a related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: strategic sourcing; market-based analyses; should-cost modeling for drive data-informed procurement decisions; cost optimization; reverse auctions; supplier evaluation & risk mitigation; supplier feasibility studies; ERP-based procurement systems; JD Edwards; RFQ/RFP management; project engineering management for capital-intensive infrastructure initiatives; techno-commercial contracting; MS Projects; prescriptive analytics; advanced Excel; supply chain networks & logistics improvement. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
