Job Description:
As this role requires on-site work out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio.
The Associate Manager, Shopper Marketing will assist the Creative Managers and Senior Managers in Shopper Marketing, with the development and implementation of shopper marketing programs for the Celebrations Category for our Retail Partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meticulously manages the development, production and implementation of the approved omni-channel marketing plans (out of store, in store, print and digital advertising, social marketing, promotions and loyalty marketing) in support of multiple retailers in multiple channels of distribution to drive traffic and sales in the celebrations department.
• Ensure all programs are completed on time and within the approved budget by coordinating day-to-day activities of internal and external resources (creative marketing, photography studio, vendor partners, retail media networks and advertising agency team) via timelines in a live project status document.
• Lead creative kickoff meetings and facilitate cross-functional project meetings.
• Communicate project status and all actions needed to keep the project on track and ensure an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Manage multiple projects at a time.
• Individual contributor with no direct reports.
Experience Required:
Experience Required:
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced consumer products environment. Minimum of 6 months experience in an ad agency or in-house agency setting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•Strong project planning and project management skills
•Time management skills; ability to plan and organize daily workload; setup timelines; flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities; ability to meet deadlines and manage others through completion
•Consistent attention to detail and quality
•A sense of curiosity to learn day-to-day business operations
•Knowledge of marketing & design principles
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently
•Independent; takes initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
