Position Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from Google Cloud Platform and analyze trends, patterns, and relationships within the data to provide actionable insights. Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and performance. Use Pandas and NumPy libraries in Python for data manipulation and statistical summarization. Develop and implement automated data processes using Python to increase operational efficiency. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, presenting recommendations, and documenting methodology. Maintain up-to-date documentation for the project in Confluence to keep all stakeholders informed.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, or a related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: R; Python; Hypothesis Testing; Time Series Analysis; Logistic Regression; Clustering; Data Visualization; Tableau; PowerBI; Predictive Analytics; KNIME; SAS Viya; Data Warehousing; Structured Query Language; Multidimensional Expressions; Apache Hadoop; Apache Spark, and; Apache Hive. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
