Position Title: Associate Manager
Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Engage with clients and business partners to understand the requirements for IT and data analytics project requirements and identify the challenges. Provide clear business context and collaborate with the offshore team in India to define the analytical solution approach and framework. Design a solution architecture that is scalable, reusable, efficient and effective. Lead and manage independently the onsite-offshore relation, at the same time adding value to the client. Actively participate in the development process through code reviews and improvements. Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior management with an emphasis on the “now what”, i.e., business impact. Build engaging rapport with client leadership through relevant conversations and genuine business recommendations that impact the growth and profitability of the organization. Build and grow the organization through presales, operations, and training enablement. Research and manipulate complex large datasets. Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and recommend ideas to team leads on relevant analytics projects.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Python; statistical analysis including hypothesis testing, probability, regression analysis, and data manipulation; SQL; Sci-kit learn; XGBoost; Tableau Power BI; Hadoop, and; GCP. Required experience and knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
