Position Title: Associate Manager
Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Gather required data on customer behavior and perform required data wrangling, cleaning, and manipulation. Calculate key metrics to assess platform health on a periodic basis and use data analysis and statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, pre-post analysis, A/B testing to analyze fluctuations in metrics. Analyze, set-up, monitor end-to-end online experiments and AB tests for key product features and perform statistical analysis to determine if the said feature should be released to customers. Automate manual data gathering and excel analysis processes programmatically using python and scheduling tools. Report key metrics by pulling data from hive clusters and automating reports. Analyze customer search behavior, top and trending search terms on a regular basis and deep diving into data to understand cause of sudden spikes in search queries. Build dataset for predictive text classification model by developing a classification structure and tagging customer feedback. Identify, define and analyze metrics to create a pain point scorecard to track key friction areas for customers. Create dashboard to highlight deviations of items.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, or related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: HTML; JavaScript; CSS; Java; JSON; REST; HTTP; APIs; Python; Pandas; NumPy; SQL; MySQL; MS SQL Server; Hive; Hadoop; Machine Learning; Generative AI; Tableau; PowerBI, and; Alteryx. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
