Position Title: Associate Manager
Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Lead Client Projects and Deliverables from onshore. Coordinate with the offshore team, assist in development and delivery phase, and bridge the gap between offshore team and client in the onshore hours. Manage offshore analyst and consultants by keeping a track of their work, progress on project and deliverables, and conducting performance reviews during quarterly performance cycles. Work as a technical consultant from onshore and develop robust data driven solutions for clients. Lead daily stand up (project status) calls for the clients to provide progress made as of last day on the ongoing projects. Prepare presentations and demo sessions for client deliverables. Deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions for client teams. Develop and Maintain Project Planning and Delivery trackers for clients and higher management. Work closely with Tredence management to provide updates regularly and being upfront in flagging issues or concerns. Assist Client and Client Team during User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles. Perform feasibility analysis of new client projects and problem statements. Assist higher management in preparing Statements of Work.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, or related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: Python; SQL; Machine Learning; Regression Modeling; Light GBM; Excel; VBA, and; Power BI. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
