Position Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data architectures, pipelines, and workflows to support business analytics and decision-making. Develop in-house data models and repositories to streamline reporting processes and improve decision-making efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams in building and enhancing data products aligned with business objectives. Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights. Optimize data processing tasks. Implement advanced data quality protocols and automation for validation processes to ensure high data accuracy. Create dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align them with business goals. Manage project tracking through tools to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic objectives. Drive innovation by developing user-centric metrics, automations, and tools for enhanced stakeholder engagement.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering Management, Software Engineering or a related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Hadoop; Spark; SQL; AWS; Unix Shell scripting; Tableau; Git; JIRA; Data Warehousing Tools, and; Data Analysis and Quality. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
