Associate Job

• Lead and support the investment underwriting and due diligence process by developing comprehensive financial models, drafting investment memoranda, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party consultants to evaluate financial and operational risks.
• Conduct in-depth market and asset-level research to assess industry trends, competitive positioning, and investment viability across sectors and geographies.
• Monitor and manage various portfolio matters, including budgeting, financial performance evaluation, and implementation of portfolio management processes aimed at continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic oversight for projects being considered for potential investment, ensuring all prerequisites are met and investment criteria are rigorously analyzed and documented.
• Assist investor relations efforts by preparing quarterly and annual performance updates, fund-level reporting, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support capital raising activities by preparing offering materials, responding to due diligence inquiries, and participating in meetings with potential investors and institutional partners.
• Contribute to the firm’s investment strategy by conducting thematic research into emerging markets and technologies, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations to enhance long-term value creation.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Asset Management, or a closely related field.
• Conducted due diligence, built financial models (LBO, DCF), and prepared investment memoranda.
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Bloomberg.
• Effective analytical, research, and written communication skills.
