Job duties: Oversees day-to-day program operations for permanent supportive housing properties and high-acuity populations by providing programmatic coaching and ensuring high-quality deployment. Partners with Property Management to address site-level challenges and recommends operational changes to improve program efficacy, achieve contract outcomes, and manage risk. Ensures adherence to funding guidelines and agency policies while monitoring revenues and expenses against property budgets. Supervises a team of managers who oversee Case Managers and Harm Reduction Specialists, setting expectations for performance management and professional development. Fosters a healthy team culture by modeling core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through servant leadership. Provides input on talent strategy, staffing ratios, and the skill mix required to meet property-level needs. Manages relationships with third-party service partners to ensure accountability and timely contract renewals. Oversees the stabilization period for newly-leased properties and serves as a proxy for the Director in external and property development meetings. Drives data-driven decision-making by sharing insights on housing retention and resident outcomes to inform programmatic refinements. Ensures compliant data entry and reporting by establishing quality assurance practices and maintaining the integrity of data-sharing agreements.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience: 24 months in the job offered, Resident Services Coordinator, or related.
