Associate Designer Job

Draft Architectural drawings with interior design details. Compile and present moldboards, material schedule, door/window schedules. Using CAD software 3d software techniques to produce architectural plans for client approval. Assist in gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts. Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients. Design administration to include: vendor follow-up, purchasing and procurement of fixtures and materials, liaison with city departments for permit expediting. Document and keep record of architectural designs and other relevant information required for filing purposes. Collect information on the design requirements for a building project. Work around a set budget to create building plans that meet the requirements of clients. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
