Associate Attorney (Ref:1):
Investigate facts, perform technical analysis of products and patents at issue; Research legal authorities; Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs; Manage discovery process; Handle discovery hearings, support, take, and defend depositions; Develop strategies to win cases; Manage day-to-day tasks on patent litigation matters; Collaborate with and manage technical and damages experts; Prepare and participate in Markman hearings; Assist in trial preparation and trial proceedings.
Telecommuting permitted.

Minimum Education: L.L.M.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years
Position requires two (2) years of experience in patent litigation in high technology and computer inventions, and research and analysis of patent issues. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California.
