Associate Attorney Job

Associate Attorney (NY, NY) Offered Salary $156,832 per year. Advise clients on a variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters; Gather, review, analyze and compile required documentation to support a range of immigration applications/petitions; Conduct legal research and analysis using relevant statutes, regulations, agency guidance and case law to prepare memoranda of law and plan case strategy; Prepare and assist in filing a wide range of NIV and IV employment-based and family-based petitions and applications including drafting forms, preparing supporting letters, affidavits and other required documentation; Prepare RFE responses, Appeals, Motions to Reopen/ Reconsider.
