Job Description:
1. Represent clients in employment-based immigration cases including EB1A, EB1B, NIW, EB2, and EB3 PERM labor certification;
2. Represent clients in business related immigration matters including EB5 immigration cases, EB5 regional center designation applications and EB1C;
3. Represent clients regarding work visa applications including H1B, L1, O1, E2, and other cases;
4. Draft petition letters and prepare supporting documentation for cases filing with Case Management Platform;
5. Prepare responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reopen/Reconsider and other responsive legal documents;
6. Counsel and advise clients on appropriate courses of action regarding non-immigration matters or employment-base based and business-related immigration matters;
7. Perform research on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents by using computer-assisted legal research tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and etc.;
8. Participate in case evaluations and appointment schedules and participate in conferences or discussions with clients.

Job Requirements:
1. JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school;
2. State Bar admission with any State Bar license;
3. Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office, and case management systems;
4. Strong ability to communicate complex legal issues accurately to colleagues or clients;
5. Self-sufficient, strong problem-solving, and legal research skills.
