## About the Firm

A well-established Denver-based litigation law firm, founded in 1996, is seeking experienced **Associate Attorneys – Litigation** to join its growing team.

The firm is committed to delivering high-quality litigation results while maintaining a focused, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. The position is based in the Denver Tech Center.

## Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will handle a diverse litigation caseload involving insurance claims, personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to independently manage a fast-paced caseload.

## Key Responsibilities

* Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
* Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters
* Take and defend depositions
* Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions
* Attend hearings in state and federal courts
* Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs)
* Conduct legal research and prepare written legal analysis
* Provide pre-litigation case evaluations and client recommendations
* Manage multiple litigation matters and deadlines effectively
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties as required

## Required Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
* **Active Colorado Bar admission — Mandatory**
* Minimum **3 years of litigation experience in a law firm**
* Must currently reside in the **Denver, Colorado area**
* Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to manage a fast-paced litigation caseload
* Strong attention to detail and case-management skills

## Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:

* Insurance litigation
* Construction litigation
* Commercial litigation
* Personal injury
* Premises liability
* Insurance coverage disputes
* Bad faith litigation
