Assistant Job

I’m looking for a dependable local person near Sparta / Center Hill Lake to help with property watch / home inspection visits for my house.

I don’t need a full property manager right now. I mainly need someone who can stop by the property when needed, check that everything looks good, and send me photos and notes.

Typical tasks would include checking for leaks, HVAC issues, storm damage, pests, doors/windows/locks, exterior condition, and anything else that looks off. Occasionally I may also need someone to meet a contractor or vendor at the house. If you can also do cleaning services, please specify.

This would be ideal for someone local who is reliable, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting what they see.

Pay can be per visit or monthly depending on arrangement.
