Assistant Service Advisor - Land Rover San Diego Job

Land Rover San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to learn the skills needed to be an effective Service Advisor.

What will you do?

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service

• Interact with customers via phone and in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services

• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products

• Managing loaner car software and providing support for the loaner car program

• Become a service drive product genius

• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers

• Assist with moving and relocating vehicles

• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of service writing experience highly preferred but not required

• Experience in automotive dealerships is a strong plus

• Current valid driver’s license required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player

• Ability to work retail hours of dealership

Compensation: $25/hour
