Assistant Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) Job

• Assist in the daily supervision of restaurant operations.
• Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Handles employee questions and concerns, monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met and provide feedback where required. Assist in supervising daily shift operations.
• Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Provide training to staff. Arrange regular performance reviews.

Salary: $19.00 hourly
Permanent employment, Full time / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Education: Minimum of High School Education
Experience: 1-3 years of previous restaurant management experience or several years working in the food sector.
Language: Basic English, Ability to Speak Cantonese and Mandarin an asset
Shifts: Day, Evenings, Weekends, Flexible Hours may be required.
