Job Description:
A Sports Bar Restaurant is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead a busy, high-volume sports bar in Atlanta. The restaurant specializes in scratch-made food and needs a hands-on manager who can lead employees, maintain quality, and keep service moving during peak periods.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Lead high-volume shifts and coordinate FOH and BOH teams.
• Coach and motivate employees.
• Maintain food, service, and operational standards.
• Monitor labor and inventory costs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Address employee and guest concerns.
• Help resolve conflicts and maintain team accountability.
• Support sales and revenue-building efforts.
• Create a positive and efficient workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable managing both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service and food quality.
• Ability to manage labor and inventory effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Positive, professional, and hands-on management style.
