Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Wage Rate: $ 35.00 per hour, for 37.5 hours per week.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Main duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Subway
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Assist in recruiting staff and oversee the staff training
• Set staff work schedules, assign duties and monitor staff performance
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Observe and monitor staff performance and making sure that they adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Deal with customer’s complaints and concerns, and inspect entire facility for cleanliness and attractive appearance.
• Assist in the listing of seasonal rates based on the current market trend and confirm rates with the management prior to a change in the standard rate.
• Coordinating and administer front-office duties; set budgets and analyze financial information
• May train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
Education: High School
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
