Assistant Professor of Social Work Job

The Lutheran University Association (dba Valparaiso University) in Valparaiso, IN is looking for an Assistant Professor of Social Work. A qualified applicant will be Conducting undergraduate courses in Social Work including Human Behavior & Social Environment and Social Welfare Policy; Developing and teaching in multiple formats; Preparing and delivering lectures to students; Compiling, administering and grading examinations; Posting grades, course syllabi and other materials; Engaging in curriculum revision and development as a member of the Department of Social Work faculty; and Serving the University on governmental and academic program committees as elected and assigned. Requirements: Doctorate Degree (PhD) or foreign degree equivalent in Social Work. Criminal background check required.
