Prepare and deliver sermons & pastoral services for congregation to assist senior pastor. Organize and lead religious services and meetings for youth group. Instruct youths who seek conversion to a particular faith. Counsel individuals and young adult groups concerning their spiritual, emotional, and personal needs. Train Sunday school leaders for youth group.
