5-Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
6-Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
7-Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
8-Conduct performance reviews.
9-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
