Work location On site
Salary: $44.72 hourly / 30 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Starts as soon as possible
Overview
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in retail or wholesale trade, including supervisory or management responsibilities, with a proven ability to oversee staff, sales operations, inventory management, and customer service.
On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
Manage wholesale operations and commercial accounts.
Develop new commercial clients and maintain existing business relationships.
Onboard clients and oversee wholesale supply accounts.
Manage staff, assign duties, recruit, train, supervise, and conduct performance reviews.
Plan and oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, payroll, and expenses.
Develop marketing strategies and implement pricing and credit policies.
Monitor market trends, procure merchandise, and identify business growth opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns, supply issues, and ensure high-quality service.
