Assistant Manager _ Skyway Brands Ventures Job

1. Job Description
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

2. Requirements
• Other trades certificate or diploma
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
• Front and back of house experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency)

3. Job Details
• Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond (YVR- Vancouver International Airport)
• Terms of employment: Full-time/ Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $28.85 per hour
