Assistant Manager – NOC 60030

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our food service establishment. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, maintaining efficient operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Plan and organize daily operational activities.
- Set and coordinate staff work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Supervise staff and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Train, guide, and instruct employees on their duties, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Organize and maintain inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans and promotional activities.
- Lead and instruct team members and provide guidance in the performance of their duties.
- Address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
Work Setting: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
