Elegant Bath Inc., located at Unit 25-27, 13260 78 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 0H6 urgently requires one Permanent & full-time Assistant manager - retail trade. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Planning, directing and evaluating the operations of the store.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and implement pricing and credit policies.
• Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and set re-order points according to business needs.
• Research on current market trends and determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes etc. and introduce new marketing strategies.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Determine staffing requirements and hire & train or arrange for training of staff and assign duties.
• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure quality of goods and accuracy of shipments.
• Prepare sales, merchandising and personnel reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as appropriate.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g. Sales, Delivery, Marketing,) to ensure seamless service delivery and support for customers
• Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes quality, innovation and teamwork.

Education: Completion of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.

Wage: $41.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay.
