We are an authorized Rogers location seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Olds, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively manage staff, sales, inventory, and overall store performance.

Job Duties:

- Direct and manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor daily workflow and performance.
- Review market trends, customer demand, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be offered based on customer needs and store requirements.
- Locate, select, and purchase merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic, promote products and services, and support sales growth.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues in a professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
